Oral appliances are billed as Durable Medical Equipment (DME) under your medical insurance.

We are non-participating providers for all insurance plans. Full fees are collected upfront, and claim forms are provided for reimbursement.

We recommend that you visit a Kaiser Permanente dentist for sleep study and fitting for appliance as it will only be covered with their provider.
